Neil,

Our local vet here in San Antonio, Dr. Gates told me ferrets may loose as
much as 30% in a seasonal change. I have a male that went from very plump
this winter to this summer to very lean. Dr. Gates said upon examination it
was the seasonal change. (It was 102 degrees here for almost 3 days now,
and never below 95 in the past 90 days!!) Of course ferrets in the AC!
