First of all, WAY TO GO Fairy Dookmother!!! I am so glad someone could
help a fuzzy dream come true. Congrats Meghan and BabyFerret! (It's
refreshing to have a happy story in amongst so many sad ones...) I'm
grieving over the two fuzzies killed by an insane, twisted human, and am
praying for the two wet, unloved (by the owner anyway) fuzzies to finally
be released to Carol and be loved and cared for.

As for cleanliness... I clean Lucy & Greta's cage twice a day, change water
& food twice a day and wash them & thier bedding once a week or so. Clean
ferrets are happy ferrets :-)

I am in the process of training my vet to be a great ferret vet. He is a
truely great vet but, unfortunately, doesn't know much about ferrets-but
willing to learn. He Loves my babies whenever I bring them in and shows
them off to everyone there. Not a bad start!

Now that I can bore everyone I know with stories of YOUR ferrets as well as
my own, one of my co-workers would like to know if there is a support group
out there for friends & families of "ferret nuts". (I can't imagine how
anyone could be bored by ferret stories...Oh well.)

Boo-Hiss to David Letterman, Radio Shack, PETA, Jane magazine, and vets who
refuse to see and/or treat ferrets!!!

Barb and the ever-lovin' fuzzies,
Lucy (Now can I have some Lucky Charms?)
Greta ( Is that all you ever think about ?)
Lucy-again (no, sometimes I think about socks!)
