Sandee,
Please take special care in welcoming Deezel. You'll know her when you
see her. She's a grey lady with Chinese eyes and is going to be among
your oldest and wisest. She was almost 6 and a half when she left. She
will be missed sorely here, even with our remaining 8 to keep us company.

Make sure you have lots of red licorice and blankets to play under.
Those were Deezel's favorite things. And if you could, could you talk
to Puffy sometime, maybe when she's dreaming? Puffy was Deezel's
cagemate and doesn't really know where she went. Puffy doesn't get along
with the rest of the bunch, so she sleeps alone now. I've tried to tell
her myself, but I just don't know how to make her understand. Maybe you
could whisper to her in her sleep and let her know that Deezel's OK now.

Thanks so much for being there, Sandee.
