Hi all....
 
Just wanted to say thank you for all the e-mails and cards i've gotten in
the last week for Missy and Scooter Elliott.  You all are just the best
ferret friends anyone could have.
 
just have a story to tell you......  a Missy story......
 
after we helped our Missy over the bridge ( at the emergency vet) our
regular vet asked Marlene to bring her to him so he could find out what
really happened to her and why she went so fast.  Marlene took her to Dr.
Mike after hours and put her in the white metal box outside his office.
( it was quite cold that night so we didn't worry about her)  The next
morning Dr. Mike did his exploration ( which by the way, he learned alot
from Missy to help other fuzzies if they ever have the same symptoms!) and
call me to say i could come pick her up.  Well... a couple of days later
Marlene needed meds for some of her sick fuzzies and Dr. Mike said that he
would put the meds out in the "Missy Box" for her to pick up later.  Ok,
so i'm crying again!  Missy left a spot in everyones heart..... even Dr.
Mikes!
