I am looking for a special person to adopt a special case pair of ferrets.

Be Be is a chocolate female with a very small face. She is four years old.
Her companion, Cee Cee, is also four years old and chocolate. He came in
with a naked back and went to the vet for his adrenal operation. The vet
also found a islet cell tumor and took it out. It tested positive for
insulinoma (malignant).

Right now these ferrets are fine, but I know in a year or two, the male will
probably have problems with insulinoma.

Their adoption fee is based upon their ages, not the amount of surgery.
They have NOT been exposed to ECE. If anyone out there is interested in
this pair, please let me know. They will need special committment on
someones part since it is fairly certain that there is no cure for
insulinoma at this time.

I will be doing some traveling in June, so if you are not exactly in my
area, we might be able to arrange a mutual meeting point for the future.
Otherwise, I'm in the Washington, DC area and you can plan a trip to the
Nation's capital, then stop by an visit the shelter.

Thanks, Pam
