I feel there is not much else to do than to spay the Jill.  I don't know
why you are not considering it, but it may very well end up hurting or
killing your fuzzy.  Your parents are right not to get a hob, breeding
incessantly is NOT the answer.  My advice is to definitely get it spayed,
or watch her get worse.
