They should send you a release form which gives them permission to print
the picture.  If you decide to sign that put in "not to be changed in any
way."  Ask for a "tear sheet" of your picture.  Then you can at least get
an idea of what the reprint looks like.  They should also send you a
"tear sheet" of the publishing (first) page of the book.  Tell them you
wish to have a copy of the ISBN # also.  That's the universal card
catalogue # that all published books contain.  When you sign the release
write in the words "One time use only-- for coffee table book.....then
reprint rights revert back to the owner and put your name in."  You can
write anything in a release you wish.  But tell them they do not have
written permission to publish unless you sign a release.
