Hi,

I have a quick (and perhaps stupid) question:

My dark sable ferret (spayed female) has recently been seeming to change
color. Her whole head is turning "silverish". It is now from her ears to
her shoulders. She is approximately 6 months old and in excellent health.
She has her winter weight and a nice thick coat. She is bathed once every
4 - 6 weeks with ferret shampoo. She eats Totally Ferret. My question is:
Is this normal? I don't mind the color change, it's actually quite pretty,
but I've never heard this being discussed, so I'm just wondering if it's
normal

Thank you!

Kim
