Bald Spot

I was wondering If anyone could help me with something I noticed on
Mattimeo.  He has a bit of a bald spot on this left side in that same spot
he has dry skin.  Is there anything I should put there to help the dry skin
or the bold spot.  I herd somewear that if I put a little human skin cread
that might help the problem.  But I am hessatint to do that because I don't
know how he will react.
