Joey did well through surgery and proceeded to wake up and shake blood
all over the place when the Dr. was trying to bandage him. Apparently
they had a hard time with the bleeding after the surgery but not
during. The Dr. feels it might of been a "mast cell tumor gone bad".
Said it bled a lot and really bothered Joey because of the histamine in
it. I'm to give him .5cc's of Benadryl if I see him bothering it. He's
not sure but it's his guess. Pathology will be back in about a week or
so. Joey took off 2 of his bandages at the vet's office. The third one
is holding for now. He is resting comfortably with his sister for moral
support and is eating and drinking. We go Saturday for a re check
visit. Sutures come out in 10-14 days. He's so not happy about that
bandage thou as you can see.............

Thanks to everyone for their support with little Joey!!
