I recently came across a cat-litter made of compressed (pellets) pine
shavings and dust. It is the best litter I've found. It completely masks
the urin odour. It can be used for a good week, as long as the solid
waste is removed. It doesn't track and creat alot of dust.

Problem: With all the bad press for cedar shavings and respiratory
diseases, does this apply to pine?
