And once you upload your photo you waive all rights to it and give
them permission to use it as they wish with no compensation to you:

"SUBMISSION AGREEMENT You may only submit a photo of yourself unless
you have obtained permission from the person[s] appearing in the photo.
By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that it is your
original creation, has not been copied in whole or in part from any
other work, does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark or
other proprietary right of any third party and is your sole and
exclusive property. By submitting a photo, you give Sony Pictures
Entertainment Inc. And its affiliates permission to use, edit or
publish the photo in any and all media without compensation."
