I can think of one right off the bat, mainly because it happened to me
last night. Watch the rollers on your office chair......or any chair
that has them.

I had my guys out to play and one got kind of beside the chair, and
without thinking, I rolled back, and caught his foot under it.

He's OK, thank goodness, but you have to know where they are at all
times before you roll!
