The International Ferret Congress has negotiated a date change for
the upcoming 2007 Breeder Forum to be held in Monroeville, PA, at
the Radisson Hotel. This change was pursued so AFA judges attending
the Japan Ferret Show could attend both events, if they wished.

The new date is November 10, 2007. A detailed schedule will be
available soon, but the preliminary agenda is as follows:

10:00a - 11:00a Ailigh Vanderbush, kit socialization issues
 11:00a - 12:00a Speaker TBA, ferret genetics
 12:00p - 1:00p Lunch and shopping
1:00p - 2:00p Dr. Bob Wagner, medical issues related to breeding
  2:00p - 2:30p Q & A, medical issues
  2:30p - 3:00p Break and shopping
3:00p - 4:30p Panel discussion, responsible breeder ethics
  4:30p - 5:00p Raffles and shopping

We hope it will be a friendly and informative opportunity to bring
breeders together to benefit future generations of ferrets.

Registration is $45 for the day, which includes lunch. Sessions will
run from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. No Forum would be complete without
vendors and raffle items. The deadline to register is October 27th.

If you will be staying at the event hotel, please see the IFC website
for instructions how to get the $89.00 room rate. Registration forms
are now available on the website. Stay tuned for updates!
