Hi Debra-
I am very concerned that you need to take this ABOVE retial management.
You need to report this to the Depratment which oversees retail pet sales
in PA.  I have asked you to contact the Pennsylvania Ferret Rescue folks
for guidance.  A simple call to the PA Statehouse will provide you with
the name of the director overseeing retail sales in petstore.  PLease
this is a crime against animals.  Buying them from a pet store does
NOTHING but to insure they will do it AGAIN, and AGAIN, and AGAIN!
