My computer was out of wack for a few days so I did read all the posts
on ferret odors. However, my little guy has the run of the house, but
spends a lot of time in 'his' room. I didn't notice the smell because
I guess I've gotten used to it. A friend would come over and mention,
especially when he got close to Alex's room, that he smelled 'ferret'.
I purchased a high quality air purifier. It was around $250.00. Not
only does the room not have a smell, the air that both me and my ferret
inhale is cleaner and it also cuts down on dusts as well as dust mites.
It really works well.
