Got a call yesterday from a professor at Troy campus, in Troy. His son
had bought a baby ferret 5 months ago from a guy for $20. Told the kid
to come back in 6 months & get a female to breed them.

Now this kid couldn't handle the stench of the hob & gave it to his
Dad, whom has fallen in love with said ferret. But ferret has become
more smelly. I told the Dad what is going to play out with an intact
hob. He had called several vets to see who can fix his ferret, before
calling me & I set him up with my vet. Boy will be getting his boys
snipped. I begged Dad to leave him his scent glands for defense shouls
he get outdoors.

I've asked Dad to ask son for name/# of person he bought ferret from.
Also told Dad to do research at <http://www.ferretuniverse.com> which
he was doing as we spoke.
