We were mystified by the tooth grinding once with our Meeko.  I thought
sure it was an ulcer, so off to the vet we went.  What it turned out to
be was a sore on the roof of her little mouth..  poor baby!  Once it
healed, she was her old self again.
 
I would think that Dr. Beer checked his mouth well, but it can't hurt to
check.  Glad to hear Wolfie is perking up some.
