Well, Jasmin came home this afternoon fine, but with just a bit less of
a tail. Also, a couple of days ago I was playing with him when I noticed
a hard mass in his belly - right where his spleen should be. So this
morning when I dropped him off I asked the vet about it & she said yes,
his spleen has enlarged. Not a huge amount, so were just watching it
right now. She also confirmed for me something I have suspected ever
since we got him a year ago - he is not a 3 year old ferret. We can't
be sure of his age, but he's probably more like 5. Anyway, I know I'm
rambling, but I do have a question. How long do you usually need to keep
a ferret separated from the others after having a chordoma removed from
the end of his tail?
