Today a very sweet soul arrived named Bandit. Because he might be
fearful and hesitant, I asked the help of Ferri-lu and Rikki to help
welcome him. Upon his arrival, Bandit was cautious to cross the bridge,
but the love that was on the other side was found to be irresistible to
him. We all made sure that when he crossed he there were open arms and
warm sunshine on his fur.

Bandit didn't live a very easy life, but he met someone very loving his
last day on earth. I could see that this crossed over with him. He
carried this kindness close to his heart and held it dear. It didn't
take long for Bandit to realize that he was whole again for the first
time in quite a while. The relief sparkled in his eyes.

We knew what Bandit would enjoy the most. The big soup bowl. So we
wasted no time to set off to visit it. During our journey, I noticed
the pouch around his neck grew larger and more full until it was bursting
at the seems. Ferri-lu and Rikki asked me what was up with that and I
explained. "That is the love and kindness that your mommy gave to
Bandit. It was only a seed when it began, but now it's growing and
spreading," I said. They asked what was to become of it. I replied that
I had no idea, that only Bandit knew. But Bandit remained quiet on our
walk.

Despite how large that pouch grew, it seemed to never grow heavy on
Bandit. We were amazed at how much he hauled and wondered when it would
ever end. We came up on the soup bowl however, and quickly forgot about
the pouch. The bowl was very warm, and smelled so very good. Bandit
took in the aroma, and then began to lap it up. This brought back the
memory of his human savior on earth. And the pouch suddenly burst and
overflowed all over! It did so with such force that it showered on us
all at the Bridge. Everyone stopped what they were doing, looked up, and
soaked it all in. Bandit continued to slowly lap up his soup. His pouch
emptied except for that one tiny seed. He looked at us all who stood
there stunned and explained that he held enough love from that mommy to
share with all and that the seed grew and spread, and it will continue to
grow and spread throughout time. But he will always carry that original
seed, in a pouch, close to his heart.
