Support Our Shelters would like to thank Mark and Roxanne Sonders once
again for their amazing generosity in giving a large donation to help a
special group of shelter ferrets in memory of their beloved Blizzard.

Blizzard was a very special ferret to his parents. They gave him an
idyllic life, and when they lost Blizzard, they set up a fund through
SOS that would make it so less fortunate ferrets would have a chance at
love and health and happiness. Blizzard was Mr. January in the 2008 FML
calendar and Mr. February in 2009. A most handsome guy. To see more

Donations to the Blizzard Memorial Fund go specifically towards helping
abused and neglected ferrets to keep them alive, to show them some love
and to allow them to play with their first toys. Many ferrets coming
into Ferret Shelters arrive there in appalling condition, not having
known love before, and some not even knowing what toys are. This Fund
is to help with vet bills to save their lives, so they can be shown
that love, and for them to learn to be happy healthy ferrets.
