I am sad to hear that some Petcos are like that.  I am an employee at
Petco and we take great care of our animals.  I bathed and trimmed nails
the other day and we bathe all of our new arrivals IMMEDIATELY.  I also
play with them daily to keep them calm and not biting.  If a ferret comes
in and isnt right to sell, like hes got a defect etc.  we adopt them out
to a rightful home.  That's how I got my Dexter.  I just want everyone to
know that not all Petco's are that bad.  Hopefully this doesn't offend
anyone !!!
