I have four on Lupron who are all non-surgical canidates.  I've gone
through the whole deal of high expense to bad quality.  I currently get
mine through Wingate Pharmacy in Nashua, NH.  The pharmacologist there, a
very nice gal by the name of Nancy has been more than helpful, and always
makes sure I get what I need in a very timely, and professinal manner.
 
200mmg depot (3 to 4 months), costs me $75.  I have one on 300mmg
depot at $95.  She sends it to me in a powdered, premeasured vial,
and I reconstitute it here when I need it avoiding storage issues.
