My friend just called me with a warning. A gentleman by the name of
Brian (305-979-6509) called her looking to purchase two intact ferrets,
a male and a female. When she asked why he ws looking for intact
ferrets, he said that a 15yr old in Ecuador wanted them for research.
First off, she nor I sell or adopt ferrets out for research and she
explained that she doesn't sell pairs (a male & a female) of intact
ferrets as to avoid accidental inbreeding and neither do I. Of course
she turned this Brian down and asked that I post this for you all to
stay on your guard. SO please take note of his name and number as you
