Maggie -
for you this may be irrelevant-- here this is factual.  A horse in NH bit a
portion of a young girls ear off.  The horse was not a vaccinated animal-
but this was not even considered-- so they (horses)can bite and maim in this
state - where it is NOT required for vaccination, and the horse does not get
the ferret treatment -( even though ferrets are required by state law to
have the vaccination) by public health-- Perspectives from NH!
