Hi All,
 
I just voted, and the picture deserves a 10!!!  I also voted 1 on most
of the other pictures because most of them were not outstanding.
 
Key point:: It looks like pitures are judaged by AVERAGE score rather
than totlal points.  Giving Bellene a 10 helps Bellene.  Giiving low
scores to other pictures helps Bellene!
 
Currently Bellene is tied with one other picture!
