A wonderful friend to ferrets and to shelters alike has left this
world and now resides with those children of fur and the ferret
loving friends who have also departed.

Mike Janke left our world on March 21st in the evening. Mike was a
friend to many many ferret loving friends and he was a wonderful
support for many rescues Ferret Wise included.

Mike spent countless hours establishing a web site full of health
information and education for those needing the resources at:

His passionate slide show illustrating the plight of countless ferrets

He is missed by many . Thank you to the Janke family for sharing so
much of Mike with all of us in the ferret community. Please light a
candle for Mike and say a prayer for his family.
