If you've purchased a ferret ball, the type that has two round removable
"doors" on it...your fuzzy butts CAN have fun with it. They absolutely
should NOT be put in it for "exercise", but what I do for my crew is
remove one of the "doors", stuff a small soft blanket inside along with
a few toys and a couple of treats, and give it to them only once in a
while! They have a blast getting in..rooting around in the blanket for
the toys, and the others tug the blanket making the ball roll... My big
boy Finnegan (aka BAMBAM) who is only 5 1/2 months old and 4.5 pounds is
SUCH ababy and ends up rolling his buddies around in the ball just trying
to get IN! Makes for giggles for us and fun for them!

Just as any other toy, they'll get bored with it if it sits there all the
time, so we only bring it out once a week or so.
