The computer that distributes the FML crashed right before the FML was
to go out.  When it "recovered", an incomplete issue began to be sent
before I could stop it.
 
So...
 
Some of you just received issue 3274.  Some didn't.  But in any event,
this is the "real" one.
 
Sorry... now to find out why the mainframe crashed...
