My Russell Stover heart box of chocolates came with ruby red cellophne
overwrap so I fastened a piece over a small 2- AA cell flashlight for
use in the ferret room at night.  Is that adequate to not stimulate the
adrenal glands like white light?  I used one layer, but could easily
double it.
