Kim,
 
How much do your girls weigh?  I think I would only worry about them if
they are so heavy they have difficulty walking or if their bellies drag
on the ground when they do walk.
 
I know my 5 month old girl is a hefty 2 pounds.  My two full grown boys
are 2.25 pounds each, so Lyssa is fast catching up!
