In response to the ECE question; Yes we are aware of the difficulty and the
need for sanitation.  My area is ECE free, and I will do all I can to keep
it that way.  As far as transporting ECE and nonECE together, This will be
avoided as well.  Urgent transport is the main issue here.  As I wrote you
yesterday in private, it is in the works and we are preparing the
guidelines, we're not just jumping into this.  We do, however, appreciate
your concern and input.
