I just wanted to thank everybody who replied to my request for information
on ferret communications - i've had over a dozen replies all really
helpful, interesting & informative - i'm particularly interested in
misunderstood play behaviours and in particular the 'weasel war dance'
which several people mentioned including the terrible stories about it
being confused as a sign of rabies.  If any one has any info. about these
i would be very grateful - especially where the name comes from!  But
even if i get nothing else the replies i have had so far have really been
valuable - so thanks very much to everyone who replied and to the FML for
being such a fantastic source of information - i would never have gathered
this kind of knowledge from books - THANK YOU with flowers!!!
