This is not an advertisement but if you want to wait until that issue I
understand. A friend of mine who does not have internet access asked me to
post this. Her name is Linda Harrah at (614)929-3392 just outside of
Columbus, Oh. She has 9 ferret rescues she is trying to find homes for.

She does charge for the rescues but only to try and break even because they
are all fixed and shots that she took care of paying for.
1) Reble: Large albino male will be 2 in march leash trained 65$
2) Zorro: albino 3 to 3 1/2 years old can be nippy 45$
3) Lace: albino 5 months old 75$
4) Bo: sable 3 to 3 1/2 years old 50$
5) Pinky: sable 3 to 3 1/2 years old 50$
6 and 7) go as a pair Ashley and Clyde: both sable 50$ for both because
Linda does not want them split up
8) Unnamed: sable female born last spring. A little on the timid side. Does
not bite but not recommend for first time owner $65
9) Tia: Medium Silver Female 2 and 1/2 years old. A true people ferret.
Loves attention and will nip ankles to get it 55$
10 and 11) Two sables 5 to 6 years old. A male and a female looking for
someone to give them love and attention for the time they have left male
named Jasper is a cuddler. No Charge to the right home.

If anyone is interested e_mail me and I will get a hold of linda or call her
directly

[Moderator's note: Area code 614 is Columbus, Ohio area.

Regarding shelters listing all their ferrets in the FML - as mentioned a few
times, it's probably not a good thing to do on a regular basis. But someone
did suggest an occasional special issue with that info, and I find the idea
interesting. Maybe what I should do is ask for a volunteer or two who canm
collect the info, and I'll agree to distribute it now and then to the
subscribers. If anyone has thoughts about this, feel free to let me know
your ideas! BIG]
