It was announced that Ferret World has retired.

That is the Legislative & Legal Affairs documents page of the American
Ferret Association.  Its in PDF format so Actor will be needed as well and
that you can get from http://www.adobe.com (and down a few pages somewhere
I last loaded it many months ago)
