RE: TRANQUILIZING FERRETS FOR PLANE RIDES
 
Please be SUPER careful about this; I wouldn't do anything without consulting a
vet who really knows about ferrets. I haven't had personal experience with
this, but I have a friend whose (tranquilized) cat died during a car ride--
seems that some cats are extremely sensitive to tranquilizers. Since ferrets
seem to be sensitive to all sorts of things, I don't think you can be too
careful here!
