Hi guys, hope u r all well..... Well here we go again???? Is it normal
for a 5 month old ferret to have an enlarged spleen? Peanut is a silver
mitt, and he seems already to be taking on a pear shape. I don't know
if I'm just being paranoid because of Scooter, who I still will never
get over.... I also just started him on a preventive 1mg oral
melatonin, starting off with slightly less. I was going to wait untill
he was a year old but was recomended to me by a shelter to go ahead and
do it now...I thought an enlarged spleen was something that usually
showed up after 2yrs of age while I know there are exceptions I'm
sure.... thanks guys! Deb
