We have had things like that, too.  Once we got a sale phone call for one
of them and replied by saying "She's locked in her cage right now.".
That really went over... (Kind of a page from Steve's book; if I'm doing
traction when a call like that arrives he says, "I'm sorry, but she's busy
hanging herself."

Mensa is just SO perfect!!!!  Wish our guys had gotten that one!
 
Does anyone else here fill out consumer surveys as if the ferrets were
answering them?  You know, things like Ashling thinking "I'll check
Serenity and Poise because Daddy says Meeteetse behaves with both" and
other things that just FIT when you read those surveys from a ferret
viewpoint.  Just think about what their hobbies are, their treats, their
favorite perfumes, their activities -- then do a different ferret's
personality each time.  Ah, confusing databases -- such a relaxing art
form...
