I don't know anything about this magazine "Jane".  I'll research it.  I'm
not too happy with their coice of authors.
 
Ingrid Newkirk is the author of the article.  She is one of the founders
of PETA.  PETA is not in favor of cruelty to ferrets.  Just against pet
ferrets as a concept.  Pets to PETA are slaves.  They really want to have
ALL ferrets to be no longer bred.  No more ferrets whatsoever.  It is up to
every individual to decide for themselves whether they support that goal or
not.
