I, personally, abhore people who steal other folks original work...of any
kind.  My husband's business has had ideas/designs stolen for years.  The
only way to protect them is by copyright or patent unfortunately and even
then people will steal them.  This means a long drawn out expensive court
case to get them to retract.
 
I would suggest that everyone write to E-Bay and ask them to remove the
seller's items.  I don't know if that's viable, but at least they'd know
we don't like it!  Along with that, copy the request to the seller
him/herself.  See what falls out of the tree so to speak.
