Remember that there are many causes for diarrhea in ferrets (tension,
excitement or nervousness esp. if it is short bout, changes in food,
eating too much of the wrong things, giardia, coccidia, etc) and that
what green means is rapid transit time.
 
You may have to travel to see a vet.
