Last night my handsome young sable boy named Swiper crossed over the
bridge.  He was just a year and two months, a 3 1/2 pound bundle of
happiness and love.  He loved to play with the others but especially
loved to hand wrestle with his dad He was so full of life and to die
suddenly is beyond words.

JUST BEYOND THE MOON
 
Just beyond the moon there is a new star in the heavens tonight
The star is named Swiper
 
The star is a happy star, twinkling it's light as if
It was dancing for eternity
 
I was honored to know this star for his short time on Earth
Just barely a year and two months was he here
 
And now he has gone to join the other stars
And to be happy and carefree until
We are together again
 
I will always love you my Swiper
