I happened upon this while looking for something else. It's really a neat
print.

What I was looking for was an acidophilus supplement suitable for giving
to a ferret. My Kirby has chronic diarrhea with seedy-looking poop. He
is otherwise healthy - not the picture of a sick ferret. He was on Flagyl
for 10 days and I have now changed his diet from Iams Kitten to Totally
Ferret with still no change. A vet friend suggested I might try giving
him a supplement of acidophilus culture to help promote good flora in his
intestines. But I can't find any. I have a pharmacist who does
compounding doing research on it.

Any ideas?
