    Don't know.  I hate the taste.  Usually I give it to the animals.
 
    Thee's no real reason - vets like to see that on the label.  I suppose
if you fed a couple of tubes to your cat, you may cause hypervitaminosis A
(DEK are the other vitamins that build up - the B's and C are ater soluble
and the body excretes what it doesn't use each day in the urine...)
 
[Moderator's note: I believe "veterinary use only" doesn't mean "veterinarian
use only", but rather, "animal use only".  In other words, the product hasn't
been approved for use in humans.  BIG]
