Hi,

I can't remember who was asking about scales but I found one at Office Depot
that I've liked. I've had it for about two weeks and have been using it to
keep up with my three kids' progress as they recover from E. coli and
pseudomonas.

The scale is a postal scale made by Oster (catalog no. 78410-10). It is
digital, weighs in ounces or grams, has a 10 lbs (4.5 kg) maximum, has 1/4
oz (5g) graduation, and has an AC adapter that can be ordered. It has a
pretty small weighing platform on it, but it is capable of being zeroed-out
after a tray, bowl, etc, is placed on it. You then can put the ferret in it
and the scale will actually only record the weight of the ferret.
