I'd like to say a couple of things about Ferret Outfitters.
 
First, I placed an order at least a week ago for some things from
them. The woman who took my order told me I would get everything
by Christmas. I called tonight because I've received nothing, only to
be told that it was after hours and they could't help me. Then the lady
said maybe it would get here tomorrow via UPS; UPS doesn't deliver
in Albuquerque on Saturdays. I'm very disappointed that my ferrets won't
be getting their main Christmas gift together with the rest of the
family's presents.
 
That's the first thing. The second thing is that I have seen a couple of
postings lately that indicate that Ferret Outfitters has stuffed ferrets.
There are no stuffed ferrets in the catalog they sent me (which by the
way, took weeks to get here).
 
I'm the first person to admit that patience is not one of my strong
suits, but I would say there's definitely a niche here for one of the
other companies. The niche is called service and standing behind what you
say you're going to do.
