Vics Vapor Rub is toxic (I think) they don't recommend rubbing it on
kids under 2 years old. I'd recommend running a vaporizer in their
room with Vics instead of rubbing it on them or their blankets. But it
should help ease their breathing, as would taking them into a steamy
room after you've had a shower.

I'd also suggest upping their Nutracal or Linotone (or whatever your
favorite suppliment is) intake, to be sure they're getting the extra
nutrition they'd need to fight off the cold.
