FERRET OWNED SURVEY
 
This gathering of information is to profile ferrets and the people who live
with them.  Before filling this out, please make 5 or more copies and give
them to 5 ferret owned friends, take copies to the local pet shop that sells
ferrets, the local ferret breeder or ferret rescue, or send to the ferret
club that you know.  STAR* is asking for the largest distribution possible.
If you have a newsletter or ferret gathering, please give this survey the
widest distribution.  The first tabulation of results will be available from
STAR* on 2/1/97, and anytime thereafter, for a SASE.
