Why don't I ever see Ferret owners out with their Ferrets? I have a 5
month old baby boy Ferret that I take out with me at every chance that I
get. People go balistic when they see him. They ask me questions like,
"What is that?" and "Where do you find one of those, in the park?" It
bothers me because Ferrets are sooo common. Look at the community of
Ferret owners that exists which proves it even more. I live in thr Boston
area and I feel that people are too ashamed or afraid of getting attention
by bringing their Ferrets out for excersize or fresh air. What Ferret
owners who do this don't know is that your supposed to walk your Ferrets
occassionally... that's whay they sell Ferret leashes in pet stores.
Ferrets have to be cgaed up all day while were at work and school. They
do get boared and need to have fun just like humans do. It's no wonder
soo many people come up to me and say that they "used to" have a Ferret
and then it died... that's because you neglected it!
