We don't even make their minimum (2500 pound) order and they have never
made a big deal about it.  We deal with them through a separate
organization from the shelter, and they have always been incredibly helpful
and supportive.  They are donating food for the shelter's walk-a-thon in
May.  We feed and recommend Totally Ferret and our experiences with the
food and the company have been positive.
